In 2003, Kate became the new owner of The Bridal House, bringing the business from Douglas to our beautiful building in Ramsey. The Bridal House offers brides on the Isle of Man a beautiful selection of designer wedding dresses, together with a warm and personal service. We take the time to get to know each bride and help her find a gown that reflects her individual style and vision for her wedding day.
We believe choosing a wedding dress should be an enjoyable, relaxed and personal experience. From the first appointment through to the final fitting, we are here to help every bride feel confident, excited and completely at ease.
Alongside The Bridal House is The Dressmakers Workshop, established in 1984 and bringing decades of dressmaking experience and expertise. Having both services under one roof means our brides can enjoy a complete experience, from choosing their dress through to having it expertly fitted and finished.
Our alterations and dressmaking expertise are an important part of what makes our home so special. As well as our designer wedding dresses, we offer alterations, redesigns and repairs. We also create bespoke wedding dresses and wedding guest outfits from scratch, giving brides and their families the opportunity to have something completely individual, made especially for them.
For us, it is about much more than finding a wedding dress. We are here to make the journey personal, enjoyable and special from beginning to end.
